3 days ago, noticed watch was stuck on fitbit logo. Read posts etc., finally managed to get a restart, which forced software update - this took multiple attempts over 2 days to get to this stage. Watch worked for about an hour yesterday (except for heart rate), then randomly went back to flashing fitbit logo.
Will not reset using the button. Screen displays nothing other than logo. Unable to set up again, as is not being picked up by bluetooth (have force quit app, turned off bluetooth, powered off phone etc.)
Moderator Edit: Clarified subject

@MarreFitbit @Matt_1976 Good evening.
I think the reason is that these few days , fitbit server temporarily stopped .
How did I know it? I have strong evidence as follows:
When my watch was stuck on fitbit logo, I logged out my fitbit app, then I tried to log in once again.but in vein.
the error message shows me "can not connect to server(fitbit.com) temporarily , please try it later ".
This phenomenon has been continuing for several hours.
