Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hi there,

I have tried all options mentioned in the forum on how to restart my Versa 2, but nothing has worked so far.

Tried the holding button 8-10 seconds, release 2 seconds, try again. No vibration and logo keeps flashing.

Tried the disconnect from bluetooth, force stop etc as well as uninstall and reinstall app but logo still just keeps on flashing.

Any other ways to fix this problem please?

Many thanks

Hi there, @Ward2099. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.

As our last resort, I'd suggest performing a factory reset by following the steps below (please make sure that your Fitbit device is no longer paired to your phone's Bluetooth before performing this step):

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Hope this helps.

I have tried the factory reset as described here.
It is not paired and when I hold the button the logo keeps flicking on and
off and am not getting any vibrations what so ever.
Are there any other options?

Many thanks
