I tried to reset my Versa 2 and now the screen with the dots just keeps going on and off. It won't do anything else. It's not syncing either. Any ideas?

Hi @mstalnaker - after a factory reset the watch has to be setup as it is like a new watch.
First remove the Bluetooth entry from the phone then in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
Before proceeding, in the Gallery tile note the names of any clock faces or apps you use to make it easier to install them again if necessary
What was the problem that needed a factory reset?
