Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit Logo

I tried to reset my Versa 2 and now the screen with the dots just keeps going on and off. It won't do anything else. It's not syncing either. Any ideas?

Hi @mstalnaker  - after a factory reset the watch has to be setup as it is like a new watch.

 

First remove the Bluetooth entry from the phone then in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

 

Before proceeding, in the Gallery tile note the names of any clock faces or apps you use to make it easier to install them again if necessary

So I got up this morning and my Fitbit won't sync. I can't even get it to pair. I don't know what is going on. But I don't have time to deal with it now. I'll contact support when I get home this evening.

I was just trying to reboot my Fitbit and the screen got corrupted or something. The Fitbit logo just kept blinking off and on. I couldn't get it to do anything else. I finally got some help from customer service and got it working again. Thanks for your help.

I'm having the same trouble. What did they have you do to fix it?

I had to do a factory reset. But it didn't completely reset, so I didn't lose all my data. I think you can probably find out how to do the factory reset on the app or the website. I really don't remember all the steps. But it did seem to help.
