Hi, I have a new versa 2 which will not progress past the logo. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, unpairing and repairing, turning the versa off several times. It will sync with the app, it will connect to my wifi, but that is the most it will do. Can I have some advice please. Thank you!
