Versa 2 stuck on Fitbit logo

Hi,

 

My Versa 2 had been frozen/stuck on the clock screen for a few days so I tried a factory reset. It then came up not synced and it wouldn't sync for me in the app so I deleted/reinstalled it. It then said data not cleared, try again. It's now just stuck with the fitbit logo on the screen. 

 

Any help greatly appreciated as I love my fitbit!
