I have had my Versa for just 1 day now and Have had problems with syncing so I factory reset my watch and now it has gotten stuck on a white logo screen I can't restart it as it just repeats the process and I don't know what to do.

@IsaacMc Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the syncing and screen issues that your Versa 2 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, let me know how the factory reset was performed.
In the meantime, try a regular restart as advised in this help article. After this, set up your watch from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.

To factory reset my watch I went into the about section in settings and factory reset it that way.
I followed the instruction in the Article but it still shows up with the white logo screen I don't know if it is just taking a long time to update or if something is wrong.
