Versa 2 stuck on reboot loop

Hi my versa 2 keeps getting stuck on boot up screen and won’t respond to pressing any buttons 

I’ve had it since Xmas 2019 and this is 3rd time it has done this how do I get it repaired ? Thanks

Hi thanks for reply my Fitbit will not respond to holding any buttons and has been on boot up screen for 2-3 days now I’ve tried charging then holding and releasing buttons but all this does is shut my versa off then reboots with same screen !

I've been facing the same issue; tried almost everything on this forum or any other, but couldn't get my watch to get back on again.. Please help..
