Hi,
I've had my fitbit Versa 2 quite a while now but it's suddenly stopped working. This month the battery has gone from lasting for 5 days to not lasting 24hrs. I have followed all the suggestions related to battery life with resets, alarms, quick view and attempted to change the clock face back to original (and failed but chose a fitbit one). I'm not listening to music on it at the moment so it can't be down to usage.
In addition to this the screen when woken up and swiped shows the previous screen underneath. So the outline of the star for coach is still visible when you're on the settings screen.
Hope someone can help.

Hi @Katiephyz Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt help try a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About) If thay doesnt help all you can do is contact Customer Support and hope they can help.
