I have only had my versa 2 since May got it for Mother’s Day and when I took it off the charger this morning I can no longer see my clock face. And can’t sync it either. I tried changing the clock face but it won’t bring any of the ones I have saved up. I can’t use any of my apps I can see them but that’s it. Not sure what to do.

Has there been any official Fitbit statement on this anomaly yet? I too have been affected by this bug. Neither the time nor the date are correct on my Versa 2 and there is no way to synchronize my phone with my watch via the app. The website allows users to change timezones, but doing so does not instigate any form of synchronization.

Good evening. I too am having the same problem. I also got my Versa 2 as a Mother’s Day gift. The problems I have are 1- it keeps flipping between two different clock faces, 2-it won’t connect via Bluetooth, 3 - it won’t sync to the app and has t in a couple of days now. I have toggled the Bluetooth off and on. I have no clue what else to try.

My versa 2 is still not working correctly this morning after having it on the charger for a few hours yesterday it I put it on last noght and it would come on so put it back on the charger and it did that blue triangle thing and finally came back but not fully charged and now it keep going on and off. So annoying
