ALL previous answers have NOT fixed the issue, so I am starting a new thread.
I have a Versa 2, connected to my Motorola G6 (Android) phone.
Please, tech support, actually read this: I have restarted the device and changed the clock face and followed all the "Best Answers" that have been provided, it still does not work.
I tap the screen, I can wake the watch up and it shows me the clock. So it registers my touch.
However, I cannot swipe to access menus.
