Versa 2 touch screen not working

My Versa 2 touch screen just recently stopped working. At first it seemed to look like it was glitching like it had low power. I reset my watch, but then it wouldn’t allow me to touch screen for most of the options. Now it’s completely stuck on the clock face. I can’t scroll and it keeps lighting up even when I’m not moving my arm. I have had it for a year with no issues. I’m wondering if it’s just wear and tear? I really hope that that’s not the case because I am not ready to upgrade. Has anyone had this issue and how did you fix it? If at all?
