The touch screen won't respond & it keeps restarting. I have tried setting the wake screen to manual & I have restarted several times. I don't know what else to do.

I am having the same problem with my Versa 2 - it won't display anything, and it is fully charged.

Starting 4 days ago my Versa 2 was showing the logo screen only. I tried restarting, charging overnight, logging out of the app, turning off Bluetooth, cleaning the back - all these things multiple times. Every now & then the clock face would come on, but I couldn’t swipe between screens & it eventually went back to the logo screen or black. I suspected it to be a software glitch since I updated the latest version when all this started to happen. Reached out to FitBit customer support & was asked if I tried restarting the device. Yes, of course. I asked about the software & was told not the problem. They sent me a 35% discount code off the cost of a new FitBit as a resolution. Just yesterday it started working again normally, go figure. My Versa 2 is 3 years old so maybe it’s at end of life stage.
