Versa 2 touch screen stopped working

This is the second Versa 2 I’ve had in 2.5 years, and I’m quite certain I’m done with them. 5 days ago, I woke up to the touchscreen being nonresponsive. I’ve restarted multiple times without any change. I’m unable to adjust my silent alarms, including shutting them off when they are triggered. So frustrated with the quality of these watches!

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
