Touchscreen is not working anymore.
I've already tried to change the clock face several times in the last few days (Fitbit clock faces as well as different ones), did loads of soft resets and it's still not working.
how can I do a factory reset without being able to use the touchscreen?
I'm desperate, I love my Versa and I need to track my runs this week 😞
