Versa 2 touch screen stopped working

The touch screen on my versa 2 has stopped working. I've tried resetting, changing the clock face as others suggested but nothing is working.

Also it randomly tries to enter code in to thr lock screen, I've cleaned etc and it still happens.

Any ideas please 🙏

Hi there, @Jobur. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 screen is not working properly. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from, I'll be glad to continue assisting you.

As our last resort, I'd suggest performing a factory reset by following the steps below (please make sure that your Fitbit device is no longer paired to your phone's Bluetooth before performing this step): 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset. 

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

Highlighted areas it says but there aren't any! Versa 2 died and so should the Fitbit company 

👎 An Unexpected Error has occurred. Nice job of squelching a negative reply .my versa 2 is dead !After Google took over it started to not sync and now it is green screen all the time and I am getting this message when I try to post here Please include more information in the body of your message . How much more information do you want?

I am experiencing the same thing.... you can hold the button down and it vibrates, but a logo never appears. It was super laggy last week, Monday I put it on the charger, Tuesday I woke up to no watch face. I can still get notifications, it vibrates, but that is it. Is there a way to try anything from the app... or is Fitbit just needing my money for a new watch?

I followed the above and now the watch says data not cleared sync and try again. I've tried a few times and it's still the same.
