About 3 days ago I noticed I couldn't swipe down from the top of the watch screen.. Then it progressed into the bottom corners, where you start timers & snooze alarms, etc.
I've had this device since December 2021. Is it time for a new one? 😔 :money_bag:

Hi there, @Lost.gen.betty. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2's touch screen has stopped working. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling. I will do my best to help you with this!
Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi - I've already restarted the device a few times over the past few days. No software update, either.
-----------------------
I changed the watch face, which improved the swipe ability on the screen, but I still struggled to click "yes" on shutdown. I'm letting it think about it's choices for a few minutes before restart
-------------------------
Okay, I just rebooted with the new screen & the screen response is better, but not 100% yet. I am still having to tap the start/pause/add/yes button a few times before it registers, sometimes the screen goes dark before I can get it to recognize.
