Versa 2 touch screen won't work

Versa 2  touchscreen just stopped working. Did the reset with left button,  didn't work.

Hi there, @monicameza81. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s tips and recommendations. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @monicameza81 - unless the watch only needs charging it may have developed a fault.

So first make sure it is charged, try cleaning contacts or using a PC port to charge and note if the PC detects the watch when you plug it in.

If it gets hot stop charging immediately.

After at least 30 minutes hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
