Versa 2 touch screen won't work

Hey Guys,

The touch screen on my versa 2 has stopped working. I have restarted, factory reset and even changed the clock face as suggested on other posts. Still unresponsive. 

The auto screen wake does work.

Any suggestions?

A couple of days have passed since you shared your post, so I'd like to hear if the screen issue on your Versa is still a problem for you. If so, please inform me so that I can go to the next step.

Unfortunately, it has not been resolved. I'm still experiencing the same issue on my Versa 2.
