In this instance, I would advise attempting to change out the clock face for one that is available on the Fitbit App Gallery. Additionally, you can try a standard reset of your device by just holding down the left button for ten seconds.

I'm having the same problem. My Versa 2 has a password/lock screen which activates when I first put on my watch. The numbers on the left side of the screen are not working - 1, 4, 7. Without being able to use these numbers, I can't open my watch.
I have tried the reset suggestion and it did nothing.

Thank you for taking the time to describe the situation to us. In this case, I would advise using a pin that excludes the numbers you mentioned in order to access your device. You can complete this directly from the Fitbit app by following these instructions.: How do I reset or change the PIN code on my Fitbit device?
Once you've finished, I advise you to change out the clock face and try restarting.

I have changed the click & tried a reset but my screen still sticks where it will either not move & let me click on an activity or when I do it won't end the activity.
