Versa 2 touchscreen functionality not working

Hi all.  Recently the touch screen on my versa 2 has been acting up and not working in the middle of the screen, only the sides.  Now it has moved to the entire screen.  It still turns on but it doesn't register any of my touches.  Has this happened to anyone else and if so have you found a way to fix this problem?

Regarding the touchscreen issues that your Fitbit Versa 2 has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat a few days ago. In case the issue persists, please contact them with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
