So I’ve been reading all these other posts about their touchscreen also not working, just lije mine! I got my Versa 2 at the end of Feb/ begging of March 2020.... i take it off when I’m in any type of water just to help keep it working...... about 1.5 months ago the screen started to not respond to my touch. I used to be able to pop it on the charger to make it wake up, however now that doesn’t do anything. It just stays on the home-screen of the watch. I’m uber frustrated and need help!

Hi @Mlj92108 Try several restarts of the Versa 2. If that doesnt resolve your problems, try a Factory Reset and set up again. If you continue to have problems after that then contact Customer Support.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
