I've had my Versa 2 for 1-2 weeks and the touchscreen is no longer working. I have tried deleting all clockfaces except the fitbit face, restarting it multiple times, charging it, and even disconnecting from my phone and reinstalling. Is there a way to try a factory reset without using the touchscreen or something else I need to try?
