My Versa 2 Touchscreen stopped working, it does not sense any touches.
I was able to reset the device by holding down the single button it has on the left side, but that didn't work. The next step suggested is to shut down the device. The link for shutdown instructions says "On your watch, open the Settings app > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown."
Umm... 😕

Hi @GGregD, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the swiping issue that your Versa 2 screen has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try another way to perform a factory reset. Please follow the steps below to do so:
After this, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the screen swipes properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi @KeyshWT, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since your Versa's touchscreen function is not working properly either, please try the factory reset process that I shared in my previous post and see if the touchscreen works properly.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
