Versa 2 tracked too many steps while sleeping

help! https://imgur.com/a/kVvQNag so sick of fitbit / versa 2 glitches. this has never happened before. went to bed being around 150 steps (past midnight) which is in range with the past years i've been wearing this same tracker. did NOT do anything differently. woke up with 33k steps added to it and i was stunned. you can see the spike here around 3am? how can i delete it / what is causing this? this is COMPLETELY throwing off my step count / tracker history. so infuriating that the data is not even reliable. i've already turned it on / off and that did nothing. tried adding a fake "driving" log to it and that did nothing too. this is totally such a waste of time

Hi @Sjh103,

Your best bet is to contact Support , they may be able to remove those steps for you.  Unfortunately, in your case, there's nothing I can think of that would apply to you (it would be different if, say, you were driving a car, which in this case you weren't), so I'm not sure there's anything different that you could do.  If anyone out there knows what could be done in this case, please let us know.
