I too have this issue. I have seen a lot of posts with this same issue. No really great answers. Try turning it off, factory reset, update the firmware. Let's face it, none of the answers will suffice here. Yes they can temporarily fix the issue, and then it happens again. Not acceptable, consider this was a 200 dollar purchase. It should never randomly turn off - ever, unless you forget to charge it.
Needless to say, when I consider a replacement, it will not be another Fitbit product.
