Hoping someone can assist?
In summary - i have a versa 2. Anytime i connect my phone to anything else by bluetooth, the versa two is unpaired.
Additionally, my son has an ace 3. When i change to childs view on the app, the versa 2 unpairs immediately.
I've tried disconnecting device (and others) from bluetooth and reconnecting. Tried deleting app and reinstalling too.
This has only become an issue since end April and I’m beginning to lose hope.
