I have had my Versa 2 for only 2 months. It has gradually become more and more unresponsive to the point where it is now useless. Sometimes the watch face lights up, sometimes not. But that's all it will do. It will not swipe, so I cannot access any menus. It reboots itself on its own several times a day. I cannot access Settings to Factory reset. I am at a loss and out a lot of money on this and now losing time on warranty. Please help me Fitbit!

I am having the same issue and my Versa 2 is only a few months old as well. I have to manually restart my Versa 2 several times throughout the day to be able to swipe and/or use any of the functions. It is most annoying as I use my Versa 2 as my alarm clock and when the face is frozen I am unable to snooze or turn the alarm off without redtarting the dang thing. Help would be greatly appreciated.
