Versa 2 update 72.1.9

I’ve just updated my Versa 2 .

After the update Alexa wouldn’t work and now my Versa 2 as turned off . It will not turn back on.

Has anyone any ideas

Make sure its charged.

Then try and restart it using the button

However currently syncing probably won't work [for Android phones] because there's a bug in the last update for Android phones which stops phones syncing, Hopefully they will issue a fix soon.

It seems to be working ok now . It took nearly 6 hours to turn back on. Alexa is working still getting unsupported request.
