Versa 2 vs. Charge 4 floor count

The part that the band clicks into on my charge 4 broke, otherwise it works perfectly. It counts over 70 floors per day during my usual days.

Bought a Versa 2 2.5 weeks ago. I'm lucky if it counts 1 floor. 

Wore both at same time: Versa 2 = 1, Charge 4 = 66. Also did this with my old Charge 3 and Versa 2: = 1 floor vs 72.

Seller sent new Versa 2. Same thing.

What is wrong with Versa 2?

Hi @DianeYoga - how many floors do you actually do?

If between 66 and 72 then you most likely have 2 faulty Versa 2 watches.

Generally a Versa 2 is a pretty reliable watch but as it is under warranty replace it again as some replacement watches depending on where you got it from are refurbished ones.

Note: floor count is just for information and is not used in any calculations.
