"Notification is stuck"

That could mean so many different things.  You are stuck on the notification screen, you're not getting any notifications, you keep getting the same notifications, etc.

 

For any chance of anybody helping you, please give some more explanation so we can understand your issue.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
