Hello,
My Fitbit Versa 2 has been perfect since I bought it Christmas before last. Then suddenly it vibrated twice, the screen turned black with bright green vertical streaks, and then it became completely unresponsive. It was charged at the time, but I went ahead and charged it in case somehow that was an issue. Charging made no difference. I have tried rebooting and restoring to factory settings but it is completely unresponsive to my pushing or holding any buttons and just stays completely "off" in appearance. Wondering if there is any fix for this or if I have any options since it is over a year old. Feeling a bit lost without it and hoping for a quick resolution. Thank you for any help / suggestions.

@V-Health, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it became unresponsive and now won't take a charge. I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thank you so much, Juan! Will do for sure, fingers crossed. Thank you -V
Hi Juan @JuanJoFitbit ,
The Versa did not vibrate when I put it on the charger. I triple checked that everything was connected properly and it was, but no vibration or any other sign of life. I left it charging till I just got home, about 5 hours. I noticed while it was on the charger the face of the Versa was backlit... the whole thing is equally lit with a very dull light which makes the whole face look dark blue/black. It has stayed that way since I took it off the charger. The Versa still does not respond in any way to any of the buttons being pressed for any amount of time
Any ideas? -V
