Versa 2 white screen

My Versa 2 was replaced just around Christmas for the screen showing a staticky white bright screen. It is happening again. 2 days ago it appeared and resolved, but since then  is happening more frequently. I can sometimes seen the screen properly and it's syncing to my app ok and recordiydata, but at night when it decides to light up it lights the room!!! I have held down the button as suggested but all it does is go th the shortcut screen and back to the beginning again...What appears to be the problem? Thanks

  1. Confirm the steps to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
