Versa 2 will not pair with my phone

It is an LG G6 H871, apparently compatible (according to the compatible phones list) but simply refuses to pair withe the Versa via Bluetooth.

 

Anyone have any tips before I send it back and give up?!

I too have a LGG6 and consistently have trouble syncing to my phone with my versa 2.  What I have been doing to get it to work is the following:

  • You can only have the versa 2 connected in Bluetooth
  • You need to restart versa 2 every time after you charge
  • You also need to turn off Bluetooth then back on to connect.  
  • I then do a test call notification to see if it will connect. 
  • I do not connect to the wifi because I felt as though it was interfering with the Bluetooth conncetion

When I continually do all of these things it does sync more consistently.
