My versa 2 stopping syncing my data 2 days ago. I’ve done a master reset, turned my Bluetooth on and off, checked for updates, everything the company has told me to do. Is anyone else having these issues?

I am having the same issue and have tried other suggestions online and mine still is not working either maybe we will get a workable answer from this forum

Are you getting a big red X on ur watch that says data not cleared sync and try again? That's what my watch is doing, I cant even get it to charge.

Mine hasn't recorded sleep for the past 3 nights and wouldn't sync, and now has shut down completely!
