All of a sudden my Versa 2 will not sync. I have tried turning off Bluetooth and turning it back on. It keeps saying "An app is needed to use this device". The app is clearly on my phone. Any help would be appreciated. The only thing that has worked was removing my Versa 2 from Fitbit and syncing it again. I have done that 3 times already this week.. I can't do that every day. There has to be a fix.

I also have the same issue, this all occurred after I updated the firmware. It initially happened two days ago, it took me forever to synch, and add it as a device after removing it. This morning the issue reoccurred. And the fitbit does not see my iphones bluetooth. Seems like I am going to put the fitbit watch in the drawer and cut my losses. I will just use the iphone tracker and import it into the fitbit software. I won't be buying a new watch for it to just break again with another update.
