Versa 2 will not track steps

My Versa 2 has slowly stopped tracking steps. About two weeks ago it would freeze for about a minute and then start tracking again. Yesterday, it disconnected from my app and I had to restart my phone to reconnect device. Today, it has completely stopped tracking for an hour at a time. It will then log 15-30 steps and freeze again for another hour. This Versa 2 was purchased in January 2020, so it is not old.

 

I have restarted the FitBit, refit the device on my arm, and secured the band.

Hi @MGordon0618 Try a factory reset. Go to the settings app on the watch and scroll down to About. If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Customer Support
