Versa 2 has been playing up on and off over the last two weeks (it is 3 months old). The screen goes blank , shows up yellow and blue lines and then stays frozen for several hours. It has been on charge all night after freezing and now will not turn on at all! Very frustrating! Any ideas how I can try and get it back on? Tried holding the button down etc
