my versa 2 dosent charge the battery, can you help me

Hi, some simple checks

Male sure the contacts on watch and charger are clean.

Make sure you are using a Versa 2 charger [similar but not compatible with the Versa]

Try plugging the charger in to the PC to charge it and listen for the connect sound.
