Versa 2 won't charge

When my versa is on the charger, it constantly flashes Home Screen and percentage . The screen flashes with the battery percentage saying it is charging, but then shows both Home Screen and percentage and it is not charging. Tried cleaning connection points and restarting Fitbit tried a different cable. Nothing is working. Help please.

Thanks for replying. Yes tried everything apart from a different charger as I only have one and not buying another one if broken
