Versa 2 won’t charge

I just got a versa 2 a couple of weeks ago and it won’t charge.  When I plugged it into the charger. It showed charging but the next morning it was dead and will not charge or start.  We tried to reset it with no luck.  Any advice?  TIA

@Tztreadle, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it won't start or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
