My Versa 2 watch went off and not charging

My Versa 2 is not working at all.  States it is at 98% and the Fitbit logo will not come on.  Tried holding button down until the logo comes on and nothing.  There was an update could not do update cause black screen.  My original Versa did the same thing.  Any suggestions.

Update: Fitbit Support could not help me to get Versa 2 to work but offered discount on a new one,

The only thing the support team could offer me was a discount for a new Fitbit.  I am very apprehensive to purchase another Fitbit from you because my Versa and Versa 2 did the same exact thing.  This is not just an isolated issues.  It is happening to many of us.  I know you are just doing your job but Fitbit needs to do better and in this case offer a free replacement and not a discount.Regardless of when you purchased it.
