Versa 2 won't charge

Yesterday I charged my fitbit to about 25% in the morning. By night it was dead so i put it on the charger overnight. This morning still dead and showing the empty battery with the (!). I have cleaned all the metal connectors as per your instructions, tried different outlets and different ports… nothing. Any other ideas?

My versa 2 doing the same. It is a problem with the latest firmware update. The latest firmware 35.72.123. should be installed. Fit bit phone app

Thanks for responding. The app is telling me it is already up to date. It still won’t charge.
