My Versa 2 won't charge. I thought it was a charger issue so I bought a new one but it's still not charging. I've pressed the fitbit button for 10 seconds and nothing has come up. Is there anything else I can try or is the watch dead? It's a few years old. Thanks!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for letting me know that you tried a different charger. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not charging. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 2 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
