It quits syncing for no reason. Can't setup wifi, changed the time and is incorrect. I did a factory reset and set up a new acct and now it is stuck and can't set it up. Paid for premium on first acct and no idea how to get that on new acct... Very frustrating for the money spent.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not connecting or setting up to your Fitbit account. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid any confusion on my end, please let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart as described in this help article. After this, set up your watch from scratch as instructed in this help page and see if the issue gets fixed.

Did the factory reset on the Versa2 because it quit syncing, the time was 1 hour off and had no idea how to fix. This is my second time with issues. It shows up on my Bluetooth settings but will not pair either. I will go to where you suggest and see what happens.

No change, can't do anything with fitbit. Tells me: to start download app and goes on saying the same in different languages..
