Versa 2 won’t display Health metrics data

Just noticed the health metrics and its asking for me to wear the device to sleep and update the firmware.

My versa 2 is always worn to sleep and I’ve checked my Fitbit app is updated.

Hi there @Kimmy_perth, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about using Health Metrics and for making sure you're wearing your Versa 2 to sleep and that the Fitbit app is up-to-date.

Below are some factors that can affect your Health Metric data:

  • Wear your device for at least 1 full day (during the day and to sleep at night). Check your stats after you wake up in the morning. Note: skin temperature requires 3 nights of data.
  • Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your skin. The band should be snug but not constricting. If you experience any discomfort, loosen the band, and if it persists give your wrist a break by taking it off.
  • Most metrics require at least 3 hours of quality sleep. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get a reading.
  • For smartwatches, confirm you have an SpO2 clock face installed to track your blood oxygen saturation. For more information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?

Let me know if you need further help, I'll be around.

Did you ever get this to work? I’m having the same issue. I can only see the SpO2 ... no other data. I’ve done all the things we are told to do with no improvement. Looking for answers that don’t just repeat the same steps I’ve already done.

Hi there @Elizab3thB, welcome on board. I'm sorry to hear you're also having issues with your SpO2 data. I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for already taking the time to follow the suggestions from other posts.

I'd like you to check the following link, where you'll find the manual for Spo2 feature: https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/manual_spo2_en_US.pdf

I'm looking forward to get you back on track, please let me know if you need further assistance.

As I said, I'm not having any trouble with the SpO2. That's the only part
of the health metric that's working. There is no data in any of the other
areas - BP, HRV, etc.

My versa 2 shows my spo2 but does not show it in the health metrics within the app. The app says I need to install the spo2 watch face. I have the watch face installed. I have tried installing a different watch face and then reinstalling the spo2 face and sync. Still no spo2 in health metrics. It did work before to display the data, but not in the last week.

I'm having the same problem.

I’m also having the same issue, none of my health metrics are showing up.  I’ve turned off/on my phone, dis/reconnected the Bluetooth from phone to my Versa 2, restarted the FitBit, worn it for over a week day and night and still nothing.  Not sure what else to try.

Having a similar issue. For the last 2 nights I've only gotten my resting heart rate metrics. I only take it off when I'm washing my hands and after a workout just to dry it or avoid water.

Tks

Seems that the Versa 2 Health Metrics is a problem for me too.  Having upgraded from the Charge 2 to the Versa 2 I was hoping to fully get the metrics on the Health section.  As it is I get the SpO2, the resting  Heart rate and the Skin temperature but not the Breathing & the HRV( Heart Rate Variable). I’ve gone through the steps you’ve suggested above three times but still no information appears.

What would my next solution be to get all up and running daily?

thanks
