I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties with your earbuds but thanks for trying the steps from my previous post. To further investigate, can you please specify which earbuds are you using? Do you experience the same issue while trying to connect them with your phone or are you having difficulties only with your Versa 2? Lastly, are you using another Bluetooth device at the same time? I'm aware that some earbuds have the option to restart them, I'm not sure if yours will have such option but if you specify which ones are you using, I'll investigate if it's possible.
