Versa 2 won't pair

My versa 2 won't pair with my phone to sync but the music app works with my phone and I get messages. Funny how all this started AFTER my trial period ended and Fitbit got $$$

Hi @sandisgirl63 - it seems the watch can sync so may not need pairing.

However a remedy to get it working can be Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If this doesn't resolve it remove the Bluetooth entry from the phone and repeat the procedure.

Having started at Jun 27, 15:58 PDT, there have been intermittent issues with logging in and syncing for Fitbit users who had migrated their Fitbit accounts to Google or had created a new Google account for their Fitbit devices because one of the corresponding Google servers was overloaded. This issue is resolved by now.
