Hi there, @susannedobbs. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 won't pair. I'll be glad to help you with this. 

To better assist you, may I know if you're getting any error message when trying to pair your Fitbit device? Are you using iOS or Android? If you haven't done so yet, please see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
