Help! I'm not receiving my text messages or phone calls after buying my new Samsung S21!

Hi there @LACosentino, welcome to the Community Forums. 

In addition to @Guy_'s suggestion, please make sure you've removed your Versa 2 from your old's phone. If the connection between the two still exists, the notifications may be coming from your old phone and that's why they are not showing on you watch. 

Follow the steps below to remove the Versa 2 from your old phone and to set it up on the S21:

  • One your old phone's Bluetooth settings, remove the Versa 2.
  • Restart your Versa 2.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 2.
  • Set up the notifications .

Did you setup notifications fully on your new phone?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Notifications

And verify the top 4 notifications items are correctly defined.

Also

App notifications

and select any apps you want to hear from.
