I recently got a Versa 2 and I receive call notifications but not texts. I have reset my iphone and the fitbit separately but it doesn’t seem to work. I have checked all notification setting on my phone and fitbit app and nothing is working.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
